Prior to Deloitte, Shubham served as Head of Implementations at Invartis Consulting and spent nearly eight years at BlackRock, where he played a pivotal role in Aladdin client implementations, product strategy, risk analytics, and large-scale transformation projects across the APAC region.
His expertise spans investment and wealth management transformations, front, middle and back-office operations, digital platforms, process automation, strategic consulting, and enterprise-scale technology implementations.
